Audit Manager - Assurance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join PwC’s Assurance line of service in Makati. The role involves leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast‑growing businesses to large, internationally‑known brands, and delivering high‑quality assurance services that enhance corporate governance and information reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, coordinating with senior managers and partners.
• Oversee financial audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Lead large‑scale audit projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor, coach, and supervise audit staff, fostering technical growth.
• Stay informed on local and national economic trends that may impact clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Philippines CPA licensure (preferred).
• Extensive experience in external audit, preferably within banking and finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to develop technical solutions for complex audit challenges.
