Audit Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Director to lead and strengthen our internal audit function. The role reports to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping group‑wide financial consolidation and audit strategies across all subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a group‑wide financial consolidation and internal audit strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Standardize financial reporting, consolidation processes, and accounting policies across subsidiaries.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Lead the annual audit and consolidation calendar, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany eliminations to produce unified group financial plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders—including regulators, business leaders, and service providers—to ensure efficient finance and audit operations.
• Mentor and develop audit teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years of external audit experience with a Big Four firm.
• Proven leadership experience in audit or finance functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
