Assurance L&D Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking an Assurance L&D Senior Associate to lead audit quality initiatives and support internal teams in managing client engagement risks. You will combine technical audit expertise with a focus on learning and development to enhance the credibility of financial information for a diverse set of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead audit quality improvement efforts through thought leadership, guidance, and continuous monitoring.
• Support internal audit risk and quality teams to mitigate engagement risks.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while inspiring and managing junior staff.
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experienced auditor or technical specialist with a strong background in assurance.
• Ability to navigate complex situations, anticipate team and client needs, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong critical‑thinking skills and the capacity to develop self‑awareness through reflection.
• Commitment to upholding professional standards, firm code of conduct, and independence requirements.
