About the role

The Associate Managing Consultant – Deploy will lead a portfolio of high‑impact projects within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services. This role blends program management, change leadership, and deep product expertise in cards and payments to drive measurable business value for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple large, complex projects across diverse industries.
• Apply accredited project and change‑management methodologies to define scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Analyze cards and payments portfolio performance, benchmark outcomes, and translate insights into actionable product and commercial recommendations.
• Oversee benefits identification, tracking, and realization to ensure measurable improvements.
• Report on issues, risks, progress, and timelines, providing clear analysis and credible solutions.
• Maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal Mastercard teams.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in program and change management for large‑scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cards, payments, or related financial products.
• Ability to conduct cost‑benefit and risk analyses and to communicate findings effectively.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and complex interdependencies.
