About the role
The Associate Infrastructure Support role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will join TDH International Inc.’s ICT team to help keep the company’s IT infrastructure running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support IT infrastructure operations, including deployments of hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to end‑users and internal teams, handling tickets and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and availability using monitoring tools to ensure uptime.
- Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting, including patch management and hardware checks.
