Associate Finance Controller

About the role

Join a Global 500 leader in international trade as an Associate Finance Controller. You will work with cross‑border teams, supporting daily accounting activities and month‑end close for multiple entities in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensure timely financial book close.
• Collaborate with country teams to gather information and resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain compliance with global and local financial controls.
• Deliver tax and audit deliverables within established deadlines.
• Conduct monthly balance‑sheet reviews, verify account accuracy, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare financial statement analysis and coordinate with process owners for reporting.
• Support internal control attestations and act as a backup resource when needed.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive continuous enhancement.

Required profile

• Several years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a mid‑shift schedule and collaborate across time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced user of MS Office applications.
