Associate Field Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Field Service Technician to install, debug and maintain our hardware and software solutions at customer sites across the Tagum, Panabo, Mati, Davao Norte, Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental regions. The role involves routine inspections, minor repairs and ensuring customers understand product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, configuration and removal of hardware and software (IMAC/R).
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software failures.
• Carry out component‑level hardware repairs, cleaning and mechanical adjustments.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and refill consumables as required.
• Provide training and support to customers on installed equipment.
• Document service activities, complete paperwork and schedule follow‑up visits.
• Assist with special projects and contribute to KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field services or a comparable education/experience mix.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence meeting company fleet requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform hardware repairs at the component level.
• Experience configuring and installing software applications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with IMAC/R processes (install, move, add, change, remove).
• Mechanical component cleaning and adjustment.
