Associate Customer Service Representative – Cebu

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative to join its Cebu team. In this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment you will assist customers with inquiries about financial products and services through phone, text, chat, video chat and other channels, delivering a best‑in‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide accurate information about financial products.
• Communicate via multiple channels including phone, text, chat and video chat.
• Navigate and operate several computer systems while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Follow guidance from supervisors and escalate complex matters to senior staff.
• Collaborate with team members and interact with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services or a contact‑center environment, or equivalent training, military experience or education.
• Completed a minimum of two years of college education (or equivalent).
• Ability to attend the full training period and work additional hours when needed.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the Cebu Exchange Tower.
