Associate – Corporate Communications & Government Relations

About the role

The Associate will support Bosch’s Office of the Executive Management in driving corporate communications, government relations and internal executive engagement across the Philippines. This role blends content creation, stakeholder management and strategic analysis to protect and promote Bosch’s interests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communications materials such as press releases, blog articles, social media posts and internal newsletters.
• Organise and manage brand events, town‑hall meetings, executive visits and other stakeholder‑facing activities.
• Maintain and update Bosch’s website and intranet with relevant content.
• Monitor communication metrics, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Represent Bosch with external bodies – chambers, associations and government agencies – to advocate the company’s interests.
• Conduct market research on macro‑economic, trade policy, geopolitics, road safety and electrification topics affecting business development.
• Prepare briefing decks, presentation materials and executive reports for leadership engagements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs for executive updates and support planning of leadership events.

Required profile

• Degree in communications, business management, marketing, public affairs, law or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or government affairs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated and able to work across organisational boundaries.
• Demonstrated integrity, respect and strong interpersonal skills.
