Associate – Corporate Communications & Government Relations

About the role

The Associate will support Bosch’s Office of the Executive (OFE) in delivering corporate communications and government relations initiatives across the Philippines. Reporting to the communications team, the role combines content creation, stakeholder engagement and executive support to strengthen Bosch’s brand and public affairs presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce communications materials such as press releases, blog articles, social media posts and internal newsletters.
• Organise and manage events including town‑hall meetings, brand activations and executive visits.
• Maintain and update Bosch’s website and intranet content.
• Monitor communication metrics, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Represent Bosch with external stakeholders – chambers, industry associations and government agencies.
• Conduct market research on macro‑economic, trade policy, geopolitics, road safety and electrification topics.
• Prepare briefing decks, presentation materials and reports for executive and leadership engagements.
• Coordinate executive visits, leadership events and follow‑up actions from senior‑level meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in communications, business management, marketing, public affairs, law or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs or government affairs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated and able to work independently.
