Associate Consultant 2 – Professional Services

About the role

As an Associate Consultant 2 in Archer Professional Services, you will work within the APJ team to deliver Archer GRC solutions to enterprise clients across Southeast Asia. You will configure, integrate and test the platform, while building trusted relationships with clients and technical partners.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, integrate and test Archer GRC solutions, including platform setup, data integration (CSV, XML), workflow design and web‑form data capture.
• Conduct client walkthroughs and training sessions, both on‑site and remotely, representing Archer professionally.
• Support the transition from project delivery to business‑as‑usual operations through knowledge sharing, documentation and post‑deployment support.
• Develop deep expertise in the Archer GRC portfolio, integration technologies and delivery methodology; obtain Archer GRC certifications.
• Assist pre‑sales activities by explaining Archer GRC services and helping scope proposals.
• Build effective relationships with technical counterparts across Archer, client organisations and partner teams.
• Maintain accurate time‑recording, report project progress and flag emerging risks.
