Associate Construction Engineer

About the role

Quadform is seeking an Associate Construction Engineer to join its hands‑on team. This entry‑level position offers real project exposure across commercial, residential, and design‑build initiatives, allowing you to grow quickly in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project coordination and construction execution.
• Support quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, procurement, and material sourcing.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and monitor progress.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and regular project updates.
• Help resolve day‑to‑day construction and project concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; a willingness to learn and take ownership is essential.
• Experience in construction, estimation, report writing, or site supervision is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a resourceful, problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
