Associate, Community Management

About the role

PDAX is looking for an Associate, Community Management to lead and grow its online crypto community. You will work in a fast‑growing, start‑up environment focused on empowering Filipinos through blockchain technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and moderate community discussions on Telegram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Monitor and analyze top topics and comments on Reddit, Twitter and Facebook.
• Identify trend‑jacking opportunities and create weekly content, polls and engaging posts.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase Telegram membership and overall community engagement.
• Organise community events such as Traders Night, PDAXTalks and other IRL activities, handling logistics, permits and merchandise.
• Manage community campaigns, validate tasks and process fund requests.
• Collect and analyse community feedback through surveys and sentiment tracking.
• Coordinate with the internal tech team to resolve issues and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare liquidation reports for campaign and event expenditures.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience managing online communities, especially on Telegram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, sentiment tracking and fund management.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Web3.
