Associate Analyst – Supply Chain Planning

About the role

As an Associate Analyst in Supply Chain Planning you will partner with cross‑functional teams—including capacity planning, manufacturing, engineering and support groups—to ensure project activities are executed on schedule. You will review existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance supply chain execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support manufacturing resiliency projects by managing supply readiness and part‑number creation via ECN submissions.
• Secure supply for resiliency initiatives and manage lot scheduling through ad‑hoc processes or demand files.
• Coordinate with Operations and PQE partners to meet key metrics and timelines.
• Initiate and track special lot requests (SLR) as needed.
• Analyze system processes, propose enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong academic record or relevant experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and making informed decisions quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL (advantage).
• Familiarity with SAP (advantage).
