Associate Account Director – Brand & Corporate PR

About the role

EON is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead its Brand and Corporate PR portfolio in Makati. The role blends business development, client leadership and team management to drive revenue growth and deliver integrated communication campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and existing clients.
• Co‑lead research, ideation and pitch development to win new accounts or expand existing ones.
• Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of agreed scopes.
• Develop and execute communication plans based on client briefs.
• Act as senior point of contact alongside Senior Account Manager, providing strategic counsel.
• Monitor project trackers, lead alignment meetings and give constructive feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with HR on screening, performance assessment and development plans for team members.
• Manage, mentor and inspire sub‑teams of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive agency experience with strong exposure to corporate public relations, branding or integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record in winning new accounts and growing revenue.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Agile, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
