Assistant Vice President – Procurement

About the role

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Procurement will lead the organization’s procurement strategy, focusing on cost optimisation, supplier relationship management and contract negotiations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the AVP will oversee a team of four Procurement Managers and ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic procurement programs that drive cost savings and value creation.
• Lead high‑level negotiations and manage contracts with key suppliers.
• Oversee sourcing initiatives and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Mentor and develop a team of Procurement Managers to achieve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year course; MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite daily in Pasay City.
