Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering excellent service, driving sales, and maintaining operational standards across all service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations, including dine‑in, take‑out, delivery and drive‑thru.
• Implement labor scheduling, cash handling and cost‑control initiatives to meet profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Service, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) standards.
• Monitor customer feedback via the Feedback Management System (FMS) and execute service‑recovery actions.
• Supervise shift teams, coach Crew Leaders and support employee performance evaluations and training.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with business permits and other administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role within the restaurant, food‑service or retail industry.
• Experience managing a drive‑thru outlet is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial controls, inventory management and customer service.
• Familiarity with Feedback Management System (FMS) for monitoring guest feedback.
