Assistant Project Manager

About the role

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Finishing Lead in delivering high‑quality residential, parking, and common‑area projects. This on‑site role focuses on coordinating warranty work, managing unit key logistics, and ensuring that all finishing‑related tasks meet safety, quality, and turnover standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track units and parking spaces during the 1‑year warranty period.
• Coordinate with the Buyer Turnover Site Team and Property Management to resolve warranty issues and manage unit keys.
• Address punch‑list items identified during turnover and liaise with engineering, construction, and other departments for resolution.
• Inspect repaired units and parking spaces to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Process rectification work orders through the Job Order Portal and manage the warranty budget.

Required profile

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years experience in property management, construction, or warranty management.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or construction‑engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and warranty protocols.
• Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
