Assistant Manager, Performance Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Performance Management will drive team performance across regional stores, provide actionable insights from data analysis, and act as a liaison between partners and internal teams. This role blends performance analytics, stakeholder communication, and training to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Improve team performance by delivering constructive market feedback and modeling desired work ethics.
• Collaborate with team members to develop SOPs, schedule visits, and ensure consistent performance monitoring.
• Present performance analysis summaries and recommend data‑driven solutions for business enhancements.
• Work with store managers and regional teams to create action plans that close performance gaps.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, providing technical support and disseminating updates on products, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and compare performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain a robust performance management system, including feedback collection and market trend monitoring.
• Design and deliver training sessions on new campaigns, preparing materials and evaluating staff proficiency.
• Support business unit projects and undertake ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales and field‑force management.
• Proven track record in managing targets, forecasting, and achieving results.
• Flexible to work weekends and attend new‑launch events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in local language(s) and English.
• Strong prioritisation, deadline‑driving, and willingness to travel as needed.
