About the role

Grand Hyatt Manila seeks an experienced Assistant Manager – Front Office (Duty Manager) to ensure top‑level efficiency and guest satisfaction while maximizing room and related revenue. You will support the Front Office Manager in leading the department, be visible throughout the hotel, and personally interact with guests to handle complaints and inquiries professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in leading and managing the Front Office team.
• Maintain the highest level of operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maximize room sales and other related revenue streams.
• Monitor all front‑of‑house areas to ensure they are well‑managed.
• Engage directly with guests, addressing complaints and inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Progressive career in Front Office at a 5‑star luxury property with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office systems and processes.
• Superior customer service abilities.
• Strong management and leadership capabilities.
• Passion for working with people.
• Open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid work rights.
