Assistant Manager, FP&A

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis. The role will drive financial strategy, forecasting and analysis to support key business decisions and align with overall company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide insightful variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to guide decision‑making.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports highlighting key indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment of financial goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 2‑5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
