Key responsibilities

• Provide decision support to management through financial analysis and simulations.
• Analyze risks and opportunities and formulate corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing financial viability of major capital investments and marketing spend.
• Analyze monthly financial reports, including top‑to‑bottom deviation analysis.
• Facilitate the strategic planning process for the group.
• Prepare the annual budget and align it with business objectives and corporate guidelines.
• Monitor budget performance and review key performance measures.
• Identify and highlight process and business risks, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate impact.
• Participate in Management Committee meetings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably 3–5 years, in financial planning, business planning, commercial planning, or accounting within a manufacturing company.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting.
• Experience supporting strategic planning and capital investment evaluation.
