Assistant Director, Record-to-Report (R2R) – Projects

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to lead finance transformation initiatives within the Record-to-Report function. The role will focus on managing R2R projects, driving process improvements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate R2R transformation projects across the finance organization.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of R2R processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver project milestones on schedule.
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and issues.
Required profile
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Record-to-Report environment.
- Proven track record of managing high‑performing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
