About the role
The Asset Management Program Officer will drive the Asset Management transformation for MGEN Thermal Energy Inc. This role focuses on coordinating APIP execution, governance, and delivering program initiatives across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall Asset Management transformation strategy.
- Coordinate the execution of the Asset Performance Improvement Plan (APIP) across the organization.
- Ensure governance structures are in place and adhered to throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage cross‑site program delivery, aligning stakeholders and resources to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor program performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
Required profile
- Ability to lead transformation initiatives within an asset management context.
- Experience coordinating program execution and governance across multiple locations.
