Assembly Process Technician

About the role

The Assembly Process Technician supports manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment, executing defined process tasks and monitoring product flow within an assigned area. Working closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Technicians, and Production teams, the role ensures process stability, quality, and cycle‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute process operations according to approved work instructions.
• Monitor SPC charts and process indicators, responding to out‑of‑control conditions.
• Perform lot handling, inspections, and data collection to meet quality and yield goals.
• Document process activity, issues, and corrective actions in tracking systems.
• Support process qualifications, experiments, and engineering evaluations.
• Partner with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot process‑related issues.
• Adhere to safety, contamination control, and cleanroom requirements.
• Follow assigned shift schedules and production priorities.

Required profile

• Graduate of a technology‑related program (electronics, mechanical, or semiconductor engineering).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in semiconductor manufacturing or assembly.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes such as Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wirebond, Mold, TNF, and Marking is preferred.
• Competence in quality control, ESD protection, and cleanroom protocols.
