ASEAN BU Service Line Finance Lead

About the role

The ASEAN Business Unit Service Line Finance Lead acts as the primary financial counsel and business advisor to the Service Line Leader. You will be part of the finance leadership team, influencing strategic decisions and driving financial performance across the ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice, leadership and recommendations on issues affecting the Service Line.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, including global outlooks.
• Monitor, track and report financial results against budgets and goals, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Line Market Leaders on sales pipelines, forward planning and forecasting.
• Drive technology transformation to achieve cost avoidance, savings and improved user experience.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountancy, CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong analytical and strategic financial modelling skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
