Art Director – Event & Activation Design

About the role

We are seeking a creative Art Director to lead the visual development of event and activation materials. The role focuses on designing backdrops, banners, booth concepts, presentation decks and storyboards for below‑the‑line marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with writers, account managers and project managers to deliver high‑impact designs on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design materials for events, activations, and other below‑the‑line marketing campaigns, including backdrops, banners, booth designs, presentation decks and storyboards.
• Develop 3D venue, stage and booth layouts using SketchUp.
• Prepare final artwork files and coordinate production with printers.
• Conduct oculars and site visits to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Collaborate with writers, account managers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar art direction or design role.
• Highly creative, reliable and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule to meet business demands.
• Willingness to work onsite in Manila and able to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
