Area Sales Distributor Manager - North Luzon

About the role

As a Field Sales Executive you will drive sales growth and flawless execution across the North Luzon territory. You will partner closely with distributor teams to achieve volume targets, expand distribution, and ensure Nestlé brands are placed, priced, and visible in every outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume, value and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance and act quickly on gaps.
• Manage distributor partners on coverage, stock levels, fill rate and financial health.
• Lead business reviews and align on joint business plans.
• Coach and supervise distributor salesmen through field visits and route rides.
• Ensure in‑store execution standards such as availability, visibility, pricing and planogram compliance.
• Implement trade programmes and promotions and track their effectiveness.
• Grow numeric and weighted distribution by opening new outlets and expanding channel reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably with distributor management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, comfortable with sales data and basic P&L.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North Luzon and be field‑based.
