Architect with Sales Experience (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect who also excels in client engagement and sales. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position allows you to combine design expertise with business development to help grow our project pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients, gather project requirements, and translate them into architectural concepts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and design visuals.
• Convert leads into signed projects through effective communication and relationship building.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations.
• Support broader business development and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, client relations, or account management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with SketchUp.
• Proficiency with Revit or comparable design software.
