About the role
We are seeking a licensed architect to develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements and project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
- Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and design modifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Resolve design and construction issues that arise during implementation.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (PRC).
- Experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
