Architect – International Project Development (Philippines)

About the role

Yooshin Engineering Corporation is seeking an experienced Architect to join its international project development team in the Philippines. The role supports a Request for Proposal (RFP) phase for large‑scale infrastructure projects, working closely with multidisciplinary consultants and international financiers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction supervision for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for highways, bridges, railways, ports, airports, and water‑supply systems.
• Coordinate with international funding agencies (ADB, WB, JICA) on consulting assignments and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with local authorities and project stakeholders to obtain permits and approvals.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture and a valid PRC registration.
• 10–15 years of construction supervision experience on infrastructure projects.
• At least three completed consultancy projects involving highways, roads, bridges, railways, ports, airports, or water‑supply systems.
• Proven experience working on projects financed by international organizations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
