Architect I – Industrial

About the role

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Global Excellence Centre in the Philippines, focusing on large‑scale industrial projects such as manufacturing facilities, data centres and energy infrastructure. The role involves technical design, BIM modelling and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work.
• Manage technical aspects of smaller or complex tasks, ensuring financial, quality and time‑frame targets are met.
• Ensure internal stakeholder satisfaction by collaborating with GEC Team Leads, MEP & Structures leads, and US & Canada project reviewers.
• Execute or assist design tasks independently from the Lead office in the US/Canada.
• Initiate concept ideas and produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings using BIM (SD to CD).
• Carry out design management tasks during construction up to building use stages (Concept to CD).
• Develop and maintain understanding of Arcadis services and industry sectors to strengthen personal and company credibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an architecture‑related discipline.
• Licensed status or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design work.
• Proven Revit project experience.
• Experience with large‑scale industrial projects (manufacturing, data centre, warehouse, power & energy, oil & gas, etc.).
• Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
