Architect I – Advanced Process Manufacturing

About the role

Arcadis is seeking an Architect I to support advanced process manufacturing projects. The role focuses on managing technical aspects of smaller or less complex tasks, delivering components of larger projects, and ensuring alignment with health, safety, quality, and budget objectives. You will work closely with senior technical leaders and BIM experts on life‑science and semiconductor projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery of smaller tasks and components of larger projects.
• Coordinate and lead teams of architects and BIM modelers.
• Prepare accurate documentation, reports, and BIM models in line with Arcadis standards and national codes.
• Develop working drawings primarily using Revit, with occasional AutoCAD use.
• Allocate work, monitor team performance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project interfaces.
• Champion internal stakeholder satisfaction and uphold health & safety principles.

Required profile

• Commitment to personal safety and adherence to Arcadis health‑and‑safety principles.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate progress effectively.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams on construction or engineering projects.
• Awareness of current construction practices, products, codes, and technology.
