Architect – Hybrid role in the Philippines

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our work‑share team, supporting our UAE office while collaborating with our Architecture Design Group. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home and from our offices in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu City.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural documents and drawings that align with project briefs, scope, and specifications.
• Develop Revit models, conduct clash detection, and perform multidisciplinary checks.
• Prepare drawings, models, specifications, and reports for design development.
• Oversee quality assurance of project models and drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on technical delivery and model development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and self‑review capabilities before submission.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Revit (including rendering is a plus).
• Experience with architectural detailing and interior design documentation.
• Familiarity with regenerative design tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
• Understanding of ESD concepts and Revit Insight plugin.
• Competence in Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
