Architect – Design & Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Architect to join our design team, supporting plan reviews, project monitoring, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. The role focuses on residential housing projects and requires hands‑on involvement from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the design team in reviewing architectural plans and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor progress of assigned projects and conduct periodic site visits.
• Perform test‑fit studies and prepare area tabulations.
• Attend design and construction meetings, responding to RFA/RFI where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design management, project development, and engineering teams.

Required profile

• PRC‑licensed graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable school.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an architectural design firm (excluding apprenticeship).
• Experience in horizontal housing development is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in BGC or Pasay.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion (or other 3D rendering software).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
