Architect – Design and Planning

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architect to develop innovative designs and oversee the execution of commercial and residential projects. The role involves translating client requirements into detailed plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting leasing initiatives through effective space planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop critical designs and plans based on client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and design modifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Resolve design and construction issues during implementation.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
• Prepare leasing layouts and space planning for commercial properties to maximize leasable area.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• Registered Architect.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in both 3D and 2D design software.
• Ability to produce manual sketches for quick submissions.
