Appointment Setter – Remote Night Shift for US Market

About the role

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing AI‑powered B2B lead generation agency that serves the United States market. This fully remote, night‑shift position focuses on engaging warm, pre‑qualified prospects and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pre‑qualified inbox of warm leads who have expressed interest via outbound email campaigns.
• Contact qualified leads by phone within 10 minutes of receiving their reply.
• Conduct natural, conversational calls without relying on rigid scripts or hard‑selling techniques.
• Send personalized email responses when a phone call is not the most appropriate first step.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Prepare and hand off accurate lead summaries once appointments are confirmed.
• Review, personalize, and categorize AI‑generated reply suggestions before sending.
• Maintain timely follow‑ups and ensure an excellent experience for prospective clients.
• Keep lead records and appointment details organized and up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales development, lead qualification, or managing inbound sales inquiries for a US‑facing market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with a natural, conversational tone.
• Confidence in making phone calls and building rapport with prospects.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and handle a flexible night‑shift schedule.
