Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to conduct outbound calls to warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales closers. The role requires meeting daily activity targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to warm leads in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify prospective customers using predefined criteria and sales scripts.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the assigned closer’s calendar.
• Achieve or exceed daily targets for calls, contacts, appointments booked, and show rates.
• Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow‑up tags in the CRM.
• Follow established lead management and appointment scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve call strategies and conversion rates.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Proven ability to conduct high‑volume outbound calls to warm or cold leads.
• Experience qualifying prospects using scripts or established criteria.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments for sales representatives or closers.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices for data entry and lead management.
• Consistently meets or exceeds daily activity, booking, and conversion targets.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Adaptable, coachable, and self‑motivated in a fast‑paced environment.
