Applied Analytics and AI Manager

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation seeks an Applied Analytics and AI Manager to drive data‑led decision‑making, turning complex business challenges into high‑impact analytical solutions that boost growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy AI/ML models for demand forecasting, pricing, promotions, market‑share, and ordering.
• Productionize models on Databricks using MLflow and collaborate with engineers on feature pipelines.
• Frame business problems with business units, quantify value, and design/run experiments such as A/B testing.
• Support predictive features for the Power Command Center and smart‑ordering roadmap (2027‑28).
• Champion MLOps practices including model registry, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.

Required profile

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is a plus.
