Application Management Supervisor

About the role

The Application Management Supervisor leads a team responsible for supporting and maintaining Strada’s EWS, UMT, and data‑migration applications. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and align the team’s work with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute workload, manage shift schedules and monitor SLA compliance.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members, fostering career development and engagement.
• Oversee incident resolution and application issue handling to meet defined service levels.
• Communicate company policies, objectives and business updates to the team.
• Define performance objectives, conduct evaluations and ensure succession planning.
• Participate in recruitment, retention initiatives and departmental improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross‑tower communications to clarify procedures and enhance functionality.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on ABAP development experience.
• Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Strong leadership experience, preferably within HR or HCM environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; certification is a plus.

Required skills

• ABAP and ABAP OO programming, including reports, function modules, workflows, forms, interfaces, enhancements and SAP Query.
• XML development and integration.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP HR/HCM applications and processes.
• Experience with web‑based business process‑as‑a‑service solutions.
