Application Management Supervisor

About the role

Strada is seeking an Application Management Supervisor to lead a team responsible for supporting and maintaining its EWS, UMT, and data migration applications. The role combines people leadership with deep technical oversight to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute workload and manage shift schedules for the support team.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members, fostering career development.
• Ensure incidents and application issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Communicate company objectives, policies and strategic direction to the team.
• Drive continuous improvement and succession planning within the department.
• Participate in recruitment and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of ABAP development experience.
• Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science or related field.
• Strong leadership experience, preferably in an HR‑focused technology environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HCM modules is a plus.

Required skills

• ABAP and ABAP OO programming.
• Debugging of ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, forms, interfaces and enhancements.
• XML handling within SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Query and web‑based business process services.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and HR application processes.
