Analytics Engineer – Build Feature Stores & Data Pipelines

About the role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to design, create, and maintain data products that enable our data science teams to deliver high‑impact solutions. You will work closely with Data Scientists and engineering teams to build robust feature stores, pipelines, and data marts that support both batch and real‑time analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to design datasets for statistical and machine‑learning models.
• Design, develop, and maintain feature stores and associated pipelines for training and inference.
• Implement data quality and integrity checks to meet service‑level agreements.
• Align with Data Engineering and Data Governance teams to advance data maturity.
• Create and maintain reusable software packages for model development workflows.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and microservices to accelerate deployment and catch issues early.
• Provide guidance on best practices for code and architecture, and conduct reviews.
• Communicate technical solutions to a broad audience and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• At least 1 year of experience managing stakeholder relationships.
