Analytics Consultant (Data Analyst)

About the role

TTEC is seeking an Analytics Consultant to turn data into actionable business insights for its global CX delivery practice. The position is 100% remote, client‑facing, and works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, BI tools, and AI‑enabled analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables.
• Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support client decision‑making.
• Provide consulting recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer experience outcomes.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation throughout the analytics lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis or consulting.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Familiarity with customer experience (CX) contexts is a plus.
