AML Training Facilitator

About the role

The AML Training Facilitator strengthens employee capabilities in anti‑money‑laundering operations by designing and delivering role‑based learning aligned with ANZ’s Financial Crime Portfolio Learning Strategy. You will keep learning materials current with evolving crime typologies and work closely with the FCTM Talent Manager to promote competence, confidence, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver role‑specific AML training using skills‑based techniques tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Translate insights from Quality Control and Quality Assurance into actionable learning interventions.
• Collaborate with the Talent Manager to design blended learning programs, including eLearning modules, PowerPoint learning packs, capability assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives that drive continuous employee growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience facilitating, designing, and developing blended learning solutions.
• Strong application of adult learning principles to create engaging, outcome‑focused experiences.
• Track record of coaching and developing others in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AML concepts.
• Effective multitasking and organizational abilities.
