About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Producer to create high‑performing YouTube ad videos for ecommerce brands. You will turn creative briefs into production‑ready footage using cutting‑edge AI video platforms, ensuring each asset drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Craft precise prompts for AI tools such as VEO3, Kling, Heygen, and Runway to generate compelling video clips.
• Produce raw video footage that aligns with direct‑response messaging and creative briefs.
• Iterate on AI‑generated outputs to improve quality, consistency, and performance.
• Translate written scripts and concepts into visual scenes using AI platforms.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists and editors to maintain alignment on direction and deliverables.
• Stay current with the latest AI video tools, prompting techniques, and workflow optimizations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI video tools (VEO3, Kling, Heygen, Runway, or similar).
• Strong prompt‑engineering ability to control output style and quality.
• Good visual sense with an understanding of storytelling, pacing, and scene composition.
• Ability to follow detailed creative briefs and translate them into accurate visual outputs.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Highly self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with iterative testing cycles.
• Basic knowledge of direct‑response marketing is a plus.
