AI Software Development Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Software Development Trainer to deliver live virtual workshops for small groups of business professionals. You will guide participants with little or no coding background to build simple web applications using AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging virtual training sessions for groups of 7–8 participants.
• Teach how to create web applications using React front‑end, Python back‑end, and basic JavaScript.
• Demonstrate effective prompting techniques for AI coding assistants such as Claude or OpenAI Codex.
• Help participants debug AI‑generated code and troubleshoot common issues.
• Introduce basic deployment concepts and application architecture.
• Deliver structured lessons using a prepared slide deck while adding live demonstrations.
• Answer questions clearly, patiently, and adapt explanations for non‑technical audiences across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functions.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack development experience with React and Python.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools (Claude, OpenAI Codex, or similar).
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Outstanding spoken English with a neutral, professional accent.
• Comfortable leading live virtual sessions for American and other Western clients.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, business‑friendly language.
