AI Engineer (Remote – Philippines)

About the role

JWay is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning solutions. The role is fully remote, supporting flexible schedules across global time zones, and focuses on building intelligent applications that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments.
• Build AI‑powered applications using modern software engineering best practices.
• Develop and optimize NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or generative AI solutions.
• Utilize AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Anti‑gravity, and Zed to improve development productivity.
• Create reusable AI development workflows and intelligent automation pipelines.
• Integrate AI models into production systems via APIs and cloud platforms.
• Ensure secure coding, privacy, and responsible AI principles throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production.
• Experience building end‑to‑end AI applications from concept to deployment.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional engineering teams.

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn or equivalent frameworks.
• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, statistical modeling.
