AI Engineer – Marketing Automation

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop the next generation of AI‑driven marketing systems. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, large‑language‑model integration, and marketing automation, creating tools that enhance SEO, paid‑media workflows and overall agency efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI‑powered automation systems for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid‑media workflows.
• Develop and deploy LLM‑based solutions for content generation, reporting, optimisation and insight extraction.
• Build intelligent agents and orchestrate workflows using APIs, automation frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Integrate AI tools with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and HubSpot.
• Automate reporting pipelines and ETL processes to streamline data and dashboard generation.
• Contribute to internal tools and client‑facing SaaS‑style products from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Strategy and Account Management teams to translate marketing problems into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience with APIs and system integrations (REST, GraphQL).
• Hands‑on experience with data pipelines, ETL and workflow automation tools (Airflow, Make, n8n).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or equivalents).
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP or Azure), Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to marketing APIs such as Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, GA4 or Search Console is highly desirable.
• Excellent communicator able to work with non‑technical stakeholders and independently.
• Curious, practical and passionate about building real‑world AI and automation solutions.

Required skills

• Python (preferred) and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or similar) in production.
• Building AI agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and prompt‑engineering pipelines.
• REST and GraphQL API integration.
• Airflow, Make, n8n or comparable workflow automation tools.
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS.
• AWS, GCP or Azure cloud services.
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Marketing platform APIs: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console.
