AI Automations and Data Specialist

About the role

You will design, build, and maintain the automation and data infrastructure that powers a modern accounting firm. This is a hands‑on builder role, not a support position, and you will own critical reporting systems, AI‑powered workflows, and business automations used across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑driven automations using GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, APIs and other SaaS platforms.
• Create and maintain scalable internal workflows for Finance, HR, Sales, Client Success and Operations.
• Build, optimize and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards, data pipelines and reporting infrastructure using Python, SQL and DAX.
• Ensure data quality, resolve inconsistencies across financial, operational, payroll and CRM systems, and document data structures.
• Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• System‑thinking mindset with a passion for building scalable solutions from scratch.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Obsessive focus on data quality, documentation and long‑term maintainability.
• Comfortable using AI as a practical business tool, not just an experiment.
• Strong collaborator across both technical and non‑technical teams.
