AI Automation and Workflow Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an AI Automation and Workflow Specialist to design, test, document, and roll out AI‑assisted workflows across the organization. The role will primarily use Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio and related automation tools to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation, testing, documentation and rollout of AI‑assisted workflows.
• Develop Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions and create SOPs, user guides and training materials.
• Identify automation opportunities, design AI‑driven processes, and maintain SharePoint knowledge structures.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners to integrate AI into accounting, billing, project management and other business functions.
• Train superintendents, foremen, project managers and office staff on new AI tools and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience in AI automation, workflow or business process automation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Copilot, SharePoint or Power Platform.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
